WHAT WE DO
RCHF is a non-profit organization that was established in 1992 by real estate professionals and other concerned members of the Bluegrass Community to help address housing concerns in our communities. RCHF’s goal is to strengthen our families, our neighborhoods and our economy by opening doors to homeownership. This is accomplished by educating the potential home buyer, empowering current homeowners, making repairs to elderly resident’s existing homes, and building handicap accessibility ramps for low income families.
